Any suggestion on selecting a dual cold air intake?

I did say 'chance' of getting water into the cold air intake filters. If you guys say that theres no way that the g3 intakes will not get wet then

If you guys say that theres no way that the g3 intakes will not get wet then that would be my choice as far as going long tube for you daily drivers. 10-15 hp! Even better, right?
