I also had the ARK exhaust installed and developed a nasty metallic rattle. I took it back to the shop today and it was the cross member causing the rattle.

I also had the ARK exhaust installed and developed a nasty metallic rattle. I took it back to the shop today and it was the cross member causing the rattle. We configured a spacer kit which increased the clearance from the exhaust to the cross member and the rattle is gone. Too bad ARK doesn't include a spacer kit with the exhaust or at least some instructions warning you of the potential problem. Oh well, a quick easy fix once you know what to do.
