if you must get an aftermarket intake the stillen g3's or injen long tubes are the way to go. However, gains have mainly been reported to be in the higher rpms. Don't bother with any short ram intakes especially ones without a heath shield.

disagree. just because its a intake does not mean it will give you more power.
theres ALOT of evidence and research on our cars on this site all about the intake debate. the g3's and the injen intakes are proven to add power, but like said earlier, mainly all up high. some of the short rams have shown a loss in power. you should look into everything thats in these forums.

i personally just went for the hps intake tubes and a high flow air filter. half the price of the g3's with in my opinion equally good results

HPS tubes+K&N filers are the best bang for the buck. Search.

HKS intake is over priced. Gen 3 intake is my recommendation. At least a cold air intake.

For CAI/longtube, Stillen. Too many people are having issues with the Injen... water getting into their MAF sensors. I wouldn't recoomend that system, honestly.

But if you're uncomfortable with the installation of the Stillen Gen 3, the R2c short RAM is your next best bet. You won't get nearly the gains as the Stillen Gen 3, but you do get a great sound, the best filters available, and an easier install.

It all depends what you're looking for.

If your car is an Auto, better don't use it,less low end torque than standard, but at least for your 'cold' country,it performs a little better, but in S'pore......!Very bad,esp in the city driving.
