Modified stock air box

Has anyone modified the stock air box at all? I mean maybe drilled some extra, strategicly placed holes, possibly on the side facing the front of the car, where some

I mean maybe drilled some extra, strategicly placed holes, possibly on the side facing the front of the car, where some extra cool air could be pulled in. I havnt had a chance to pull mine yet and look to see. I have done this on many of my cars with very noticable results. I dont want to do the long tube cold air intake, and the short ram intakes look like they will be suckig in hot engine compartment air. __________________ Rob
