HFC's only?

Would I get an HP increase by adding only HFC's alone and would it increase my exhaust note as well? Not looking for excessively loud exhausts just a little more

Would I get an HP increase by adding only HFC's alone and would it increase my exhaust note as well? Not looking for excessively loud exhausts just a little more "Rumble" than stock. Also looking at adding HPS post MAF tubes. Thanks in advance!
