There is a moderate evolution of the design. It will be a little quieter than the previous design and it will now come standard as ceramic coated stainless steel.

In terms of volume, would the new version now be comparable with the volume level of HFCs?

I read that the original pipes were already slightly quieter than HFCs. Was that just a claim and not true in reality?

ART pipes rock - wish I held on to mine but I trialed them and made the review, I will try them again with my current set up.

tsolin01 04-01-2011 03:54 PM

When are these new version ART pipes going to be available?

its true current installed ART pipes sounds less then any HFC

Motordyne 04-01-2011 10:53 PM

Performance is identical in the new design.

As for how it sounds compared to HFC's, I've never done that A/B comparison myself but there are several who have and they say its slightly quieter than HFC's with less tendency to rasp and is deeper sounding.
