PS: loosening the bolts and pushing up the x-pipe will give 1/4 inch clearance from the crossmember. No vibrations yet  |
I would suggest getting yourself a few extra exhaust gaskets, and try putting another one on the right side to cause that tip to come out a bit further.
As for the angle, loosen the connecting bolts and/or rubber hangers and see if that helps. If you can get it to the right angle, but then after some flexing it moves, try getting a clamp ring and tighten it down on the rubber hanger to prevent it from moving...
