So do the resonators help reduce drone or solely muffle the overall volume of the exhaust across all RPMs? I just got my Z and I'm ready for some more

So do the resonators help reduce drone or solely muffle the overall volume of the exhaust across all RPMs?
I just got my Z and I'm ready for some more HP, so I was going to go with the HFC + 8" resonator and the CBE + 18" resonator to try to limit the drone. But I don't mind a loud exhaust (had straight pipes w/o cat on my MR2 for a long time), so if the resonators don't help with the drone then I might not bother with them. |
