I got mine directly from Stillen for $1307 or something like that. I paid $100 to have it installed at a local shop. Any shop that does any kind of decent work whatsoever can install it in about an hour. It is truly a bolt in type installation. My shop even let me hang out and take pictures.
If you get it from Stillen the shipping is free (Fedex ground) and if you don't live in CA there is no tax. I talked to Kenny at Stillen and he answered a few questions - very knowlegable and professional. I highly recommend the Stillen CBE. I have put about 600 miles on mine and it sounds better all the time. AZ
