I am going to try again or to phone them on Monday to see what they say. I may just take it to a local shop and have'em heat up and bend the hanger. |

G/L with your decision. |

Either way, I would call Berk direct on Monday and see what they have to say/will do for you. Good luck. Let us know your outcome. |

IV actually considered cutting and re-bending around the back end to bring up the clearance a bit |
i know this is probably a dumb question but im gonna ask anyway.... would it be a good or bad idea to install the berk exhaust AND CAIs at the same time? like do I need the Z to adjust to one mod at a time or what? my Z is stock right now so i was wondering if i could kill two birds with one stone while the car is getting the exhaust installed and install the intakes at the same time.
thanks guys |

Eccutek? Never heard of them..are they good?? I'm gonna install the k&n intakes with the exhaust. Did you notice any gains from your short ram G2s? Thanks

As far as Ecutek is concerned, they are new to the 370z community. Do a search here and you will find them. They are claiming great things, better than UpRev. We shall see. At least one thing is for certain, competition is good, really good. |

Sweet. I'm probably gonna get the k&ns, motordyne intake manifold, berk cbe, and the tune the car...any idea how much hp I'll be kicking out? I can't do hfc cuz I won't pass the Texas emission laws :shakes head:
And I don't want headers, won't give me the sound I'm looking for. Berk cbe is perfect. Loving the new tips!! |
I passed easily with HFCs. They are actually the best mod out of all the others you listed too (price-to-performance wise). The Berk CBE also sounds much better with HFCs imo. Just something to think about
|
Yea I agree that the berk exhaust goes extremely well with the cbe but I kinda don't want my car to hiss. I like the way the cbe sound w/ out hfc. Will intakes alter the sound of my cbe?
