I'm starting to believe there is absolutely nothing that you can't find on this forum! And occassionally you even find things you wish you hadn't but that's what I get for going Premium. :)

im getting a rattle at the back from that cover (going to remove it)and at the Y pipe and ideas

wonder if its possible to just dent it in or cut and weld in a plate to get rid of that corner.

im going to see if they can grind an inch off the corner...if not rip it out.

Sorry for bumping an old thread... But for you guys have removed the heat shield, did you guys wrap the fuel lines with tapes or just left it as it is? If so any side effect? Does the Fast Intentions requires to remove the heat shield too? Thanks.

Yes you remove the shield for Fast Intentions and they supply heat tape to wrap the line. No issues at all.

... or you could remove the whole EVAP can. This will give you SES lights if you're not reflashed though. Also, won't pass visual emissions tests. I made a DIY EVAP removal thread.
