Default F.I. CBE & injen install

Hey guys I just installed the F.I. CBE with no resonators and the injen cold airs this weekend. Everything was easy to do but I'm not really feeling the power like I thought I would be. I don't even hear the intakes. I had a single nismo intake on my 350 and when I would rev the engine I could hear it sucking up air. I figured it would twice as loud on the 370 since there are two. Im not disappointed or anything i just wasnt sure if it was normal or anyone else felt the same. I haven't tried anything to reset the computer or anything of that sort. Any suggestions would be helpful. I plan on getting a tune towards the end of September, since I live in south Florida and it will be cooler out then.

Put some videos up of cruising at 70 & 80. Put the window's up and down as well. Mostly wind noise. I recorded from my iPhone so it's not the best quality.

I don't hear my intakes at all until around 6k RPMs. Also, it could be that the volume of the FI CBE is drowning out whatever sound you'd otherwise hear from the Injens.

Doin a reset on the ECU will help...This will erase the learned traits that the ECU has programmed...Also you gotta give the car some time to adjust to the new parts....Once the ECU adjusts you will be able to feel the gains

Cool, thanks a lot guys. I had the borla on my 350 which was a lot more tame then the fast intentions, so that's what I was thinking as well. I appreciate the input guys.

Sell the intakes and get a supercharger. Youll hear it then...

The Injen's you're talking about are the ones that are way down low in the fender wells or something? You don't really hear the longtube intakes as much as you do the short rams. Don't worry though, they are there! lol

Give your car a few days to adjust, as previously stated...

I have a 2010 G sedan (same engine). HFCs were my first mod... didn't feel all that much, but I knew I was going to get a full catback (went with Fast Intentions), and intakes (went with Stillen Gen 3) and wouldn't really feel anything until everything was pieced together.

First, the FI exhaust... paired with the HFC, I definitely felt some gains. Had the Stillen Gen 3s installed this past Friday, and those really tied everything together nicely.

Give it a few days. You will be good to go.

With hfcs and 18" resonators youll probably be realtively close to how loud mine is. I'll send you a video once I make it if you want.

Great install pictures! The exhaust looks perfect. I would love to hear some sound clips from the non-resonated version. Do you get any rasp?

No major rasp, you get drone in the low end but sound's very nice. Once it start's to break in it quiets down and is perfect to my liking at that point. On the highway it's awesome. I drive 60 miles on the highway roundtrip everyday and well in 6th cruising at 70 you don't even hear it. Sound's almost identical to stock at that point. When in 6th crusing at 80 you hear it a little more. Sound's beautiful at that point. I'll post a video when I get home tonight from work. I work second shift so it'll probably be a little late lol.
