I'll wait on the power gains to surface until I make a decision.

While I don't know the gains and am unsure on the price I know for a fact that this is something I would want before I shove 10 psi down my engine's throat.

True. But with forced induction it will be a while before the numbers on a FIed car comes out.

klubbheads 06-02-2010 12:05 PM

why are we assuming that this will give any gains?

By reading the description, it only mentions "durabilty, looks, etc", not larger volume inside the manifold to show possible gains..

Jamaica 06-02-2010 12:44 PM

it will be about two weeks max for kinetix to have there results. ITs been tested for gains and etc

CBRich 06-02-2010 03:37 PM

I'm personally not riding on the gains as much as the increased durability when boosting the car.

Being optimistic. We sure as hell dont want to lose a ton of hp. I am considering it cause I will be boosted soon and there is a sure need for it at that point in manys eyes.

esfourteen 06-02-2010 04:30 PM

im in if the gains are decent

oro 06-03-2010 10:13 AM

I'm all for this as a show piece and all as I had the original and I would buy this thing just because of the metallic growl it made...but why are those who are looking to go boosted or boosted looking at this thing like it's a safety piece? Doesn't GTM practically have a 1000 Crank HP big bored G37 still using the stock manifold?

snapping 06-03-2010 10:23 AM

saftey of mind

JB-370z 06-03-2010 11:11 AM

Because the stock mani. is only rated at 4.5psi, this info comes from stillen which came from Nissan.

dlmartin81 06-03-2010 03:16 PM

Damn, that looks bad a$$!

ZforMe 06-03-2010 06:23 PM

Will there be a black finish option? Cost?

Must not have been good results, and thats why they didnt post them and are making slight modifications. All looks and no gains it seems. But I will wait and see but would not spend that much for engine bling bling.
