More delays (Berk)

I intend on getting the FI exhaust and by the time i do it probably wont have a wait list. If i had to wait more than 3-4 weeks for something like a bunch of bent piping id tell the company to go F itself.

I'm loving my Berk exhaust. Glad I waited.

Well just read the update and it really doesn't give an exact time frame of when we can expect our exhausts...it basically tells us what I knew two and half weeks ago...This info pretty much means that there are more delays again....

I'm not sure if they are tryin to buy some time, but I really wish they would just be straight forward....I don't know what's so hard about giving an ETA...I'm pretty sure that when their supplier shipped out the exhausts that there should be some sort of tracking system....Based on what I was told on June 30th the exhausts systems should've arrived and should have been shipping out by this week...

Maybe I should write a letter to

at least he will give me an exact date of when these exhausts will be coming in

If they send out an exact ETA, it'll just fuel the fire if they don't meet it. That's business.

Yup... I work in the manufacturing/wholesale industry and the factory's that we work with always tell us the items are shipped or are on their way when in fact the entire order didn't even finish going through production. So ETA is just an estimate not an actual date unless they provide tracking/container numbers.

Not trying to back up Berk at all here but at our company we deal with similar situations. Bunch of "paid" back orders and the factory gives us the run around. Most cases, we give the run around to the customers that are on back order. However if it takes too long we issue full refunds.
