I did it over the weekend with 2 washers each bolt (8 total) and the sound is just right for me. See below for the cold start video (It is actually 5X louder in real life).



Sorry I did not want to rev it too much the rev was actually only up to around 4-5 RPM (the Z limits your rev when it's cold start). But just wanna say I'm extremely happy with the results for such a simple mod. Thanks Gunzero! :tup:

Okay so granted it's a pretty cheap and/or ricey mod, but nobody is going to DIE from this. The place they are putting the washers is like a foot from where the regular exhaust dumps out...ever heard of diffusion of gases? Thats why you can sit inches behind your car with it running and it will never kill you.
