There are a few threads about Cobb gains...I thought I read in one of them Bluestyle saw approx 30HP and 26 lb-ft gains after tuning with Cobb AP through the profile done up by AAM...something like that (don't quote me on the numbers...but impressive nonetheless).

You are correct dude. Approx 30whp/30lb mid range gain and 14whp top end. The tune was the best money I have ever spent! I love my setup. Sounds sick and is hella fast.

I found it on Ebay motors looking up exhaust systems for the 370Z, at first I thought it was an everyday thing, there were two available, I bought one. I went back a week later and there was nothing to be had, I guess I got lucky 510 off retail.:stirthepot:

I wrote my review for the Invidia Gimini I bought off Ebaymotors and gave a good report. I told this outfit that other members might be interested in buying systems through them. They are called AR-Racing and are located on Ebaymotors, I think the operator is Joey Fang. I checked there present inventory and all they seem to have was Gemini's for G-37 & 35s but the pictures looked exactly like the system I bought, who knows maybe there interchangable. Hope this helps some of you.

i would recommend supporting forum sponsors over other vendors :tup: ... got my CBE from amplified and am pretty sure they can help anyone who is interested... especially considering Amplified was the shop that helped Invidia develop this CBE...

so ur saying that u bought the CBE for 735 considering the msrp of this goes for $1245.99...if so then i think u got pretty good deal... i dont know the current pricing is for our sponsor vendors ....but in comparison to current prices in ebay, i got mine for lower and including installs... so its not really comparable... i think the intro price was 900 including shipping but dont quote me on that... amplified's website is at 870 now...

regardless... i am just suggesting that everyone should always give a forum sponsor the opportunity to earn their business before purchasing from a non sponsor vendor...

AJ@ECS was doing $799 shipped for a short time for pre-ordering the exhausts that wre due-in on the 10th of April. Those exhausts still haven't shipped to the customer yet though...

just received this exhaust and was wondering if anyone knows the torque specs for the bolts. I didn't receive any info in the box.

yes, invidia delayed shipment for all of ECS orders...supposedly there were 5 orders that haven't yet shipped.

I finally talked to Alan at ECS yesterday evening and was told invidia shipped them all to ECS instead of drop-shipping them now. So ECS expects to get them monday and will ship them out by tuesday. We'll see if tha thappens.

Well, hopefully if that happens, AJ will let me pic it up in person as I live in Orlando too. Getting tired of waiting.

It seems the few places I knew of including Amplified are out of stock on Invidia CBE.

Does anyone know who would have these in stock or when they will become readily available.

i ordered mine from amplified and the exhaust was on back order. when it came in it was shipped from invidia. it took about two weeks and lou from amplified is great he kept me posted through emails and on the phone.

fyi, mine came in today. I don't think ECS had any clue it had shipped since it was shipped ground and they told me I it hadn't shipped as of yesterday.

I was having a tough time deciding,then along came the advertised price on Ebay motors, this small group up in Chicago called AR-racing that doesn't even have a website, they had to use what Ebay provided. Timing seems to be the key issue here with FI on a 6wk waiting list the Gemini looks like a good deal and it comes with resonators. ECS Said Shipping Monday or Tuesday
 

I also got an e-mail tonight on the order I placed and they said it would ship Monday or Tuesday.

Has anyone received shipping confirm or spoke with ECS
 

The last time I was able to get in contact with ECS was 4-22. I have called but it always goes to voicemail. I also e-mailed regarding an update on the shipment they were supposed to receive today.

Has anyone received a tracking number or have updated information on when they are shipping the back orders.

Called yesterday only got voicemail as well. I still have not heard anything back either phone call or email after placing and paying the order 3 weeks ago so your not alone. Hopefully they'll be in contact with all of us soon. :confused:

Most reputable establishments will hold off charging your card until the exhausts is shipped, I had my concerns also during this waiting period. Caravanshaka said he would sell or trade his Gimini for a complete Nismo exhaust, not sure way the Invidia didn't work out but he is using HFCs.

Its just a little loud for my taste. Might pull the hfcs, or sell it locally and buy an h pipe nismo used since it is pretty quiet. The quality is great and it does sound really good, I just want quieter.

Got an email last nite saying it finally shipped, will be here friday. :tup:
