Don't hate fellas..... BTW - I find it interesting that Stillen has not chimed in....

Stillen would have 2 reasons to visit this thread.

- To congratulate Top Secret on designing a superior intake system.

- To call everyone involved with the dyno stupid, or worse, call them liars.

Neither seems like a very smart approach by a trusted, mainstream company like Stillen.

Well, the way I see it, they are still in a good spot. Their Intake still makes very nice power and for half the cost. No pride lost at all. I am still torn on what I will do when time for my intake.

If TS is like the Porsche Cayman S of intakes, Stillen is like the 370Z of intakes. Different strokes for different folks....

that almost makes it sound like you're set on the Stillens. 370Z of intakes should go on the 370Z...right??? :p

Am I blind or is this thread not very informative?

I see . . . well I guess that's fair. I mean, don't forget to take into account the added cost of the Turbonators that are stuffed into the intake pipes. ;)

(Just kidding around, of course)

.....m a y b e! :tiphat:

1100 dollars. That is a freaking joke. I have owned many sports cars and that is just freaking ridiculous. I though I was nuts when I paid 550 for the intake on my Z06.

efuseakay 03-31-2010 10:34 PM

But how well will those filters on the TS intake actually work? Those green foamy filters just scare me. I don't see how they'd be effective with actual filtration.
