You can try welding a nut to the remainder of the stud, if there's enough meat. I assume it has broken flush? Drilling and using an Ez-out would be next

You can try welding a nut to the remainder of the stud, if there's enough meat. I assume it has broken flush?
Drilling and using an Ez-out would be next option. I would recommend the Snap-on kit (not terribly expensive) and it comes with Left hand drill bits. So you need a reversible drill. (drill may catch on it and spin it out) Not sure if the OEM stud has a seat on blind side of chassis. Meaning, it may be pressed in and has a hat on top. Kinda like a wheel stud. Wreckers probably be your best option for stud and experimenting.
