Stillen Gen 3 intake; tune required??

Darn....was hoping for an easy fix. I cleared the codes (pending & stored), but have not driven. My scanner shows that these (P2096 & P2098) are permanent codes. Post Catalyst

I cleared the codes (pending & stored), but have not driven. My scanner shows that these (P2096 & P2098) are permanent codes. Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1 & 2.
