My understanding is that the group buy requires a minimum of 10. But that doesn't mean it's limited to 10. Like if 20 people PM Tony, it's not like he's going to say 'sorry, I can only make 10'.

Hey, Tony... you mentioned that the setup will be quieter on the inside; is this compared to the levels with high-flow cats or with stock cats? It makes sense that it would be quieter on the inside based on high-flow cats since the pitch is higher, but I can't figure out how removing the cats all together is going to be quieter than stock since I've always been told that removing the cats is one of the loudest things you can do.

He was comparing it to HFC's since that was his baseline setup for both Performance & Sound
