BTW, FWIW, modifying your exhaust can be construed as a federal fine, and I believe it goes "per cat. converter" - something potentially as ridiculous as up to $15K per cat...does that happen often? No, I doubt it.

BTW, Im fairly sure Texas is one of the most strict states as far as emissions goes - not nearly as harsh as Cali, though.

Actually, Texas has one of the best emissions tests. They just plug in to your OBDII connection and walk around the car, they are suppose to lift the car to check underneath, but many of the shops do not even have a lift.

I believe in Texas requirements vary by county as well.

At least keep that sale price going for a couple of months so your customers who spent money during the holidays a chance to save up. Plus I gotta feeling the install is gonna be like 400-500 :(

Unfair??? I do not understand people. Tony is selling a product for a living at a price that to me I feel like it is stealing and you say it is unfair. $1150 is still a great price. You got to pay to play and if you can't play don't cry about it.

The smaller ones do, but your larger counties (or the ones with major cities) share very similar tests to help control pollution.

DFW and Houston/Galveston Area Motorists
In conjunction with the annual safety inspection all gasoline powered vehicles from 2 through 24 years old which are registered or primarily operated in emissions counties will be subject to one of the following emissions tests.

1995 and older vehicles will receive the Accelerated Simulation Mode (ASM) test, while 1996 and newer vehicles receive the On-Board Diagnostic (OBDII) test.

Once i'm all settled in, I might go with the long tubes, and delete the mufflers just to be a prick, haha

Don't know, never tried it. I assume no incredibly louder than the 12" resonators. Probably not as smooth though.

G37Sam 12-30-2009 06:17 PM

Guess I'll have to find out eh?

Another Q's: When's the G37 coming in for test fitting and how's that sexy mandrel coming along from Italy?

Possibly sometime late next week or early the following for the test fit on the G37. As far as the tooling, your guess is as good as mine. I can tell you that it is on order and in about 3-4 weeks I will call them and get an update...

Thanks, Tony

So since this is actually a group buy, I have decided to cap this specific price of $995/$895 at a quantity of 20. These prices are very aggressive and cannot stay that way. Currently there are 10 sets on order, so that leaves 10 spots left open.

Once we hit the 20th the group buy will be CLOSED! 21 and up will be at the following prices:

Purchase of just the headers: $1,250
Purchase of our cat back exhaust and our headers: $1,150
If you already own our exhaust and want to purchase our headers: $1,150

Again, there is no time limit on this group buy, just a number limit. If anyone has any questions, or would like to place an order please do not hesitate to contact me directly...

Thank you, Tony

sooooooooo, im confused just for the headers is $1150, but for the exhaust and headers $1150, is that right tony? if it is $1150 for the headers and exhaust count me in!!!!!! haha
