Im planing to get a exhaust for my Z, I really like gthuas exhaust, (exhaust muffler part) but do the mid pipe and y pipe make any difference in sound

Gthuas y pipe and mid pipe
Im planing to get a exhaust for my Z, I really like gthuas exhaust, (exhaust muffler part) but do the mid pipe and y pipe make any difference in sound ? Or if i just do the y pipe vs the mid pipe ?
