I'm installing my FI Hi flow cats myself, and one of my o2 sensors was stripped on the way out. I know I didn't do it so I'd bet who ever assembled it at the factory had a few too many beers during lunch and crossthreaded it on the way in. Probably the same thing that happened to yours. Courtesyparts has one o2 sensor listed for this car, they want $145 for it, but not even sure its the right one.
