i have been thinking about these since my intakes are bigger than others on the market aside from the aam ones that are 2.75" with the insert. 70mm = 2.756" so it makes sense right? |
Yeah, that math is right.
Anyone happen to know the diameter of the z1 intakes? Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk |

i'll measure my outside diamter just for reference but doesnt really matter since there's only 1 maybe 2 other people with my intakes lol |
Here is where I found the info:

I just installed my EPS Big Bore TB's and Z1 intakes and I gotta say that there is a noticeable difference with the butt dyno, maybe 15- 20hp with out a tune. The throttle response is snappy down low and I feel the power through the whole power range. My tuning software should be coming in the mail soon so I'm sure there is more on the table.
When I turbo my car down the road I will switch to a 3" intake and do something different with the upper and lower intake.... Never ending fun. lol All-in-all, I'm happy. I had to use a 3" to 2.5" Samco coupler to mate the TB and CAI. The size difference is comical (and makes me sad there is a new restriction). http://www.the370z.com/members/gbret...tbs-z1-cai.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/gbret...-cai-front.jpg |
