5k manifold. I'm going to have to rob me a stash house. Hopefully the cost will be around 2-3K and comes with bigger TB's

Uhhh, hopefully it will be in the 1k range. I can buy a whole engine for 2-3g.

my prediction....

1k range - no chance

since it's a piece for FI application and FI guys don't care usually about price since they have 20K in a build anyways this manifold will be more like 3-4k range and if it's CF 5K+.

Hoping this isn't FI only..

it'll work on either i'm just saying the people who it'll benefit mostly are the FI people. they will see nice gains (most likely) where NA we will see small gains maybe 5-10whp but it's a pretty piece and then it'll be you're paying for cosmetic reasons which isn't totally out of the question.

i absolutely hate the dull plastic cover and airbox the Z has stock. i think it's the primary reason i haven't spent a dime on the porting 350 mani craze that's has been going the last 6 months or so. it's ugly and will not spend money on it.....unless it was big gains then i'd think about it lol

When I was at AAM, I was discussing a complete N/A build since thats what I want. This is when the IM was brought up.

So I assume they expect pretty decent gains, but of course FI will benefit way more.

I wouldn't want this intake even though I am FI. Only reason to start chasing that type of power is if you have a built block and are looking for all those little extra percentages.

I could easily make more power now...Turn up the boost controller. Once I get to a point where stock block and traction aren't my stopping point I'll consider hunting for more HP.

you'd make better power if you had 2 turbos.....:stirthepot:

I think two is better than one, because more is always better :p and you would have two snails if you would have read the tea leaves a little better!

A new manifold designed properly will give literally every z owner who has the stock manifold gains. Na will be about 25+ hopefully. if you are running boost it will be even more beneficial.
