Depends what you're looking for sound wise. If it were me,I would save for a cat back. Better performance and sound for not too much more. See if you can find sound clips of both and make your choice based off that. You'll get a lot of mixed opinions because not everyone likes the same exhaust note.

As always with you Mr Merv exhaust sound is subjective to the owner
