Aftermarket exhaust

Hey guys, My dumbass just installed a ARK GRiP exhaust into my Z. The only modification other than my Gen 3 intakes. but I just got the car and still haven't got it registered here in Chicago lol....Will I fail the emissions with these mods?

If you haven't removed your factory cats you should be fine.

I passed MD emissions with the Ark on. Should be fine I think.
