They do but that happens every 6 yrs after the vehicles purchase. So there is some time before you have to worry about that. All you have to do is keep your stock manifolds and cats, put them on before the test, and u are all set. Also even though OBDI cats are illegal, you can still get them installed from various reputable perfomance shops like SP Engineering or Technosquare and buy them out of state.
