On a side note...I saw 2 370's this past weekend. 1 silver in Sams Club with Black rims...and another in Ala Moana near Nordstrom. Most I have seen in one weekend.

Me and some friends took a run through Tantalus Mt pass. That was awesome. Can be a little dangerous though as the corners are sharp and blind but it is AWESOME. Even just for a small cruise through there. i meant to put on the GoPro but was so excited when we got there i forgot lol. Next time.

Careful up there though. The residences there got annoyed with drivers going out there during the drifting craze and get a bit testy with any modified car going up the roads there.

we took it easy. we didnt make much noise and dint drive aggressive at all. 1st time out and j just wanted to check it out. Tyler did tell us that about the loud noises.

No worries. Just that the people there will just associate any sporty looking car as people causing mischief and might call the cops to report people "racing" up the roads there. Its like guilt by association because its an import and a sports car kinda thing. I dont think that the officers would tag anyone per se...but more than likely ask "politely" that the area be vacated.

Looong time ago we used to go cruising and a police officer happened to be with us as well. Anyhow there were maybe 10-15 of us going speed limit or slower and he was getting reports that there was a group of cars racing on the freeways. Interesting.

Just a heads up kind of a thing and would hate for someone to get a ticket for something that might get blow out of proportion just because of past peoples stupidity not your own.

Yeah tell me about it. Definitely caught in that situation before. Actually, leaving Waikiki on Saturday night about a month ago after having dinner with some friends that were on the island visiting, was about 1a.m. and the wife and I got pulled over as we happen to fall in with the back end of the Saturday night NEX crowd. Asked where we were heading and realized how nicely we were dressed and realized we weren't actually with them. His excuse was "Randon D.U.I. check." I asked if I was swerving and he said no but I was going a little below the speed limit. I asked if he meant because there was a patch of traffic and no where to switch lanes to....He then let us go :roflpuke2:

^^ yup, I got pulled over once when cruising behind the NEX crowd... not a good experience.. but hey, at least you guys did not cited or anything.. I just try and avoid being with crowds, I don't have the best luck when it comes to that..

Nice! My avatar pic is from Tantalus. I take a cruise through there about every other month. Going uphill from the west side is better as there is about a 2 mile stretch, after you go past the homes where there are no driveway or homes.

Yup, we went up hill this last pass. Should let me know when you go again. Definitely wouldn't mind cruising through there again lol.

These winds remind me of driving in Indiana where there is no mountains to shield you from the winds...scary as hell when driving next to a big rig during strong winds.

Buwahahahaha. Reminds me of those "There I fixed it" type pictures.

That made me remember driving in Arizona in a little Hyundai with a "double" rig passing me by at 90. Whole damn car shook and got pulled for a bit by the wind draft. That was a holy crap experience.
