Cool...Then you are in the same group as me...as I was also told April...But you have been waiting a bit longer than I so I can only imagine how you're starting to feel....

Mike...it is good to hear from you...Some people say that I am too blunt, but in this situation, I am just saying what everyone else is thinking...which Is why before I go any further I want to say..Please do not take it the wrong way. A response from you or Berk is better than no response at all....A lot of guys here have been communicating with each other via PM as to updates based on phone calls that everyone has made to Berks ON THEIR OWN...Although it may suck to tell us things are delayed, the truth is better than no response at all...especially when things are out of your hands and its with your supplier...

I know that your supplier has a lot to do with the hold up in shipments, but I think its time for you guys to lay your foot down with them...Just as we are paying customers to Berk, you are also paying your supplier to meet the demands and products for the company...Most of us here would be cool about things if we were kept up to date with our status instead of us going out on on own to find out what is going on...It can become frustrating at times when we are left in the dark... I know that you guys want to deliver a perfect or near perfect product, and I'm sure that you will and I won't be surprised when I receive my system, but its starting to seem like this is a repeat of the first order of shipments...Especially when you have some customers that are reaching the 6month waiting period for the exhaust...Its even more frustrating when you see others from the forum ordering from a competing company and they have received their products already, although we ordered from BERKS before them.....Some may say, if I feel this way I should've went with the other company, but my response to that is I chose to go with Berk because I want the Best...and not just the Best Product, but the Best overall in performance, communication, commitment, and customer service....

Please fight for us to get these exhausts systems out and keep us posted...we have invested in your company because of our confidence in the company's products and services...No Pun intended
