I have to say July cannot come any sooner. The 370 guy over at vivid was supposed
to find some drilled rotors for me since we got the email about the 100 gift card - something he knew nothing about btw and haven't heard back from him since. Gotta love great customer service. (I'm being sarcastic) I'd rather deal with eBay. |

I sent a PM out to other guys, but I guess it would be beneficial to other customers to post an update on this thread!!!!
I just called Berks today and spoke with Bryan...According to Bryan everything is good to go for July...He had said that the exhaust systems have been shipped out from their supplier and will be arriving in California within the next 12 to 14 days...Once they arrive in California they will need to undergo some touch ups and weldings for fitting and then will be packaged and out the door one by one... He is planning to get three to four exhausts out the door a day, and will base his shipments on order of the list of customers that have ordered. So Holliday will probably be one of the first customers to get his exhaust system out due to him being one of the guys ordering in late January of this year...Bryan said that all exhausts should be shipped out by the end of July! WooooHoo!!!!! :happydance: :happydance: :eekdance: :excited: I've also shot a PM to Berks and M. Bonnani to provide an updated listing as to the order in which the Exhausts will go out...Hopefully they reply and accomodate this request. |

No worries...Anytime!!! That's how we've all been updated anyways, by keeping in touch with each other....I have yet to get feedback from Berk or M. Bonnani regarding an updated listing of customers on the forum...I also shot them an email....Hopefully they will post an update up...It would be great to hear from them

Vivid is supposed to issue the gift certificates as they want to make them somehow so they can only be used by you. I have been giving them people's names and addresses, but I have not heard from them as to why nobody has them in their hands yet. Hopefully they get back to me before I leave for my next race tomorrow, otherwise nobody is going to hear from me until Tuesday.
On a side note, YOU MUST LET ME KNOW if you want the gift certificate. We are not assuming that you want it so if you haven't personally told myself of anyone at Berk that you would like the gift certificate, please do so. |

Berk! WTF? I love my Berk exhaust! You guys should see how companies like Stillen use these forums to their advantage, not their detriment. Their CSRs are very active. Ditto for dealers like Lou Fusz Nissan, Koeppel Nissan. Fast Intentions. GTM. Many, many others, the list grows daily. They actually become valued members of the forums. The only reason we have any updates is because Mike and BOLIO 671. Otherwise Berk has failed. I can't believe they pay that mush $$ to be a vendor and then don't even get on here!
Either way this is the exhaust I want. I could settle for a different one but I have made my mind up and have done my research. This is the one for me! Despite their lack in customer service. I don't see myself using them in the future anyways. I know BOLIO 671 called and they said the exhaust should ship in July. I don't believe they will make the shipment this month, otherwise they would be asking for the rest of the $$ from members. I hope they get their **** together soon. Plus Vivid needs to contact us with them $100 gift certificates. If it were not for Mike this exhaust would have failed a long long time ago! |
I must add a comment that I obviously want the Berks exhausts...which is the only explaination why all of us have been patiently waiting so long...but as much as I and others want it, I don't think that wanting the exhaust in itself would push the product

I agree. Totally disappointing. I called over a week ago and someone was supposed to get back to me. All I wanted was an estimate as to when my order might ship. That is not too much to ask.
I wonder if they feel that the 370z market is saturated with options for a car that is still fairly rare. Sure seems though that if you make a quality product and take care of your customers then you can dominate the market.... Hmm, who could I be referring to? I have stuck with the Berk because it has everything that I wanted from an exhaust. Unfortunately their customer service is so poor that this will be my only purchase ever of a Berk product. |
Man, that really sucks for you guys. Can't believe their customer service is this terrible. IF they are still a sponsor on the board you could PM AK and see if maybe he could get in touch with them for an answer.

So I finally got a complaint for the Berks: they fell off my god damn hangers because the hooks on them are so short as it is, they barely fit lol. Ended up getting the meatball flag because it was dangling down, and melted a little chunk of my rear bumper.
Had to rig them up w/ some heavy gauge wire to the back rubber hangers just to make sure it stayed on for the rest of my track sessions. Will have to find a more permanent solution... |

My second choice is the FI CBE. I know the Stillen CBE has a similar look and sound to the Berk but I just cant get over the look of the tips. Even if I ordered the FI now I wouldn't see it until September. If there is another delay with the Berk I will cancel and go with the FI. I think they have lost way more business then they have gained by those of us sticking around. |

I ordered mine directly from Berk weeks ago, along with the CBE. Got the hfc's very fast, maybe a week, with invoice the next day and tracking info.
