As Holliday stated, it does not look like the exhausts will make July :shakeshead: Especially if there are some guys on top of the list that have not made full payment...I mean as a company I would not ship anything out unless I recevied full payment for it...If some of us haven't been called or notified that we need to make full payment then that means that the exhausts aren't here....Once those who made partial payment are called to make full payment then we will know that the exhausts are in!!!!

BTW....Holliday and I received some info from Berks....They are no longer going to do the gift certificates for vivid...They ran into some problems..so what they are going to do is take $100.00 off of the final price of the exhausts...:tup:

For those of us that paid full price, the money would be credited back to your cards, sent via paypal, or through USPS Money Order...Bryan said that once the exhausts come in they will discuss how to reimburse those who paid in full the $100. Same status regarding the status of the exhaust systems...Bryan says that he expects them "Any Day Now!" I had asked if it was coming in through Boat or Truck, and he said he wasn't sure...Could be either one...Then I asked about clearing through Customs, where he said that by the time he gets the call that they arrive, that it would be Pre-Cleared by Customs already...He also said that it wouldn't be a problem because their offices are located right near the Port/Harbor...

Funny. Berk comes on the board a few days ago offering $5 to anyone that will take a survey, yet they provide no further updates to their customers that have been waiting 8 months for an exhaust.

They just told Dem that the exhaust are in and they will be shipping soon! He was calling to cancel his order. Berk needs to get on here and confirm with us. Hope they did not lie cause that would be the last straw for me.

As a few of you know we already started production and should have 4-5 shipped out tomorrow. Damn!! They day is finally here!!!

Will you be stocking these units, or are all the units already spoken for? I'd consider ordering if these were already in-stock ready to ship

BERKS....could you please post up a listing of who is here on the forum and the order in which the exhausts systems will be shipping out! Called the office today and spoke with Jason to confirm the update...Last I spoke with Bryan I heard that I was one of the first, but Jason told me a different story...
