It has to do with if you have authority over them. So you can bang a 16 year old all day and not get in trouble assuming you arn't their teacher, boss, relative ect. Thats where the teacher screwed up

My buddy is 35 and he just got married to a 23 yr old, but she has no people skills, and is very naive and immature, i really don't think it will last.

That's because:

Age 18~25: Young and dumb, no idea what they want. Feeling of entitlement and princess mentality. Know they look good and use it to their advantage.

Age: 26-28: Still attractive and young. Now have somewhat of an idea of what they want. Still have feelings of entitlement and princess mentality.

Age 29: Realize they are getting older, not as pretty as they were 10 years ago. Standards have now become realistic. This age is usually when they take a break from dating for a year to "find" themselves.

Age 30+: Know what they want. No longer playing games. Mature and have experience. Ready to start a family before biological clock finally stops ticking.

I dunno. I tend to think younger is more problematic. My woman is 22, I'm 26. Even 4 years makes it difficult. I've always gone with older, I know what I want. That princess mentality blows balls. It's what causes strains on the relationship sometimes. =/
