You are going to build in a pretty good friction loss by having a hard 90 at the intercooler. Was that the only option with your pipe routing option?

Seen this car at the shop for the past couple years, it surely has been there for a long time, was wondering what the heck was going on. Also seen video of this car in action prior to this build, it was already a fast car. Good luck!

I have to agree that bend is pretty harsh. Do you think that may cause pressure drop?

We're still here. That bend off the IC is absolutely awful for flow. You should really do something about that.

You really think a hard 90 degree turn is good for flow? Take a look at how any other 370 kit runs the inlets and outlets for the intercooler. You don't need to be a professional fabricator to know that. You just need to know the absolute basics. If the person who is building the kit doesn't even know that much, this project is going to end in tears.
