Correct, only the return line length would need to be adjusted.

I have a S2-SE fuel system that recently shipped to a G37 customer, and they are going to take a few measurements during the install so I can send them updated parts.

Depending on your timeline, we could work it out sooner if you wanted to proceed. The G37 fuel tank isnt as tall and that will free up an extra inch or two. Our return line has a little slack on it already... there is a chance it would already work. But if you had a few days of available downtime, I could send you the kit and then if you need a longer hose, I could have a new hose or an extension shipped to you same day.

After much reading and a few vendor calls. The G37 fuel line is about 6 inches longer then 370z (compared to other none CJ products).

Question.

When will you come out with a fuel return package for the G37, and sell the line separately for the ones that purchased a 370z kit in the pass?

Also I will call today being that I have other questions not relevant to your product in this thread.

Edit: Spoke to Charles great guy, and very knowledgeable. I've learned that for G37 there's two different fuel pumps either the 305z or 370z pumps. If you decide to purchase a return make sure you know what pump you have for G37.

phunk 03-16-2015 01:16 PM

Just to publicly touch on one of your questions, all components of any of our products/systems are available individually. So if a G37 owner purchases a 370z fuel system used, and needs to switch a few components out, we already have in place spreadsheets that break-down the individual prices of each item in the systems, and we will gladly ship them just as needed.

It is also common that we end up supporting upgrades for competitors fuel systems.. so even if you dont currently have a CJM fuel system, let us know what you are running and we can package an upgrade to work with what you already have, to reduce purchasing things you already own or having to sell parts you could have otherwise continued to use.

BLAM! This is why Charles is the man..........and consistently proving it time and time again!

Charles, could you please PM a price for the Stage 1 return system, for e85 conversion + pump if required (currently have a Walbro 255 lph, so guessing I need a Aeromotive 340 lph?)......with and without ID1000 injectors. I'm still trying to find out from shop, if my FIC 900cc injectors would work.

Also if there is just a 93 octane version, please send price for that as well.

phunk 03-25-2015 03:04 PM

Ill PM you now.

But just so everyone else knows... The S1 system is all E85 ready, and there is no upgrade or option required to run it!

Phunk just sent you my contact info through the website.

Thanks

On the push on EFI fitting to hard pipe, How far does it go on over the first flange? Does it matter if it is towards the end or is it preferred to be pushed as far in as possible?

phunk 03-31-2015 12:17 PM

http://cj-motorsports.com/pdf/370z%20S1%20Install.pdf

Scroll down to page 10.

You need the first flange to be completely inside the adapter, trapped in by the lock collar. This is how the fitting cannot just be pulled right back off at any time. If the lock collar isnt behind the first flange (between the 2), the fitting will literally just slide right back off the pipe as easy as it slid on.

Charles, can you post/link the comparsion of the two pumps?

About to make my purchase, like to check my car before ordering.

As of now I have the Walbro 255 to feed the engine.

phunk 05-15-2015 02:05 PM

Could you send me a photo of the top of your fuel pump module, just looking straight down at it? I feel like it might be one of those things I am better off keeping to myself, like a sort of trade secret LOL. Or at least not a public post anyway.

phunk 06-15-2015 04:54 PM

All updated links and photos.

PTFE Hose option has recently been updated - It now uses all black aluminum hose ends, with a swivel-end on the feed hose, making it much easier to install! No additional cost.

BOLIO 671 02-19-2017 07:01 AM

Phunk...trying to find the install instructions for this...the link is down....We're done with the fuel pump, top hat, and running lines underneath the car via the aeromotive filter...We're up top now and stuck and how to run plumbing...Can't find instructions on the CJM site either....

phunk 02-19-2017 03:17 PM

Hello, the this particular fuel system was discontinued 7-8 months ago and its instructions would lead you in the wrong direction.

I have sent you an email with details for the system that you have.

Thanks

BOLIO 671 02-20-2017 07:06 AM

Lol......Sorry Bout that Chuck.....it was like almost 12am here and I was going nutz surfing all over the net for some references . Thank u very much for ur quick response to my email and the reference pics and feedback on the Instructions......The QR to the hardline was a challenge....super tight space and definitely a 2 man operation....we just did a test for leaks and so far so good. We're taking a short break and will be buttoning everything back up shortly. System looks beautiful....to bad a majority of it is covered up....like that Billet Fuel Top Hat.....

Hi Phunk, please help!
I also bought the legacy S1 Fuel System with Return Correction Kit, a long while ago but am only now getting to install it. I need a correct installation instructions please.

(The AAM TT RHD kit took 2 yrs to get ready, hence the long delay :(

phunk 07-14-2017 04:21 AM

Unfortunately I do not have any instructions in the proper format for posting to a forum thread. I would only be able to assist you via email. Please use the contact form on the website and include your return email address.
