No, it's not.

The motorhome was at the dealer in Canton Oh. since Oct getting a few things fixed. Brought it home on Friday. The batteries drained down to nothing sitting there not plugged in.

Fully charged batteries don't freeze, drained batteries do. Avg temp here has been about zero since mid Jan.
