Only for the 7AT

Can't wait to hear more about the product.

I agree the cooler is the way to go. I was mentioning the altitude because my car produces much less hp at 5500 than at sea level thus putting less strain on the trans. I am sure you will have boost compensation for high altitude when the kit is revealed. Good luck with the development and I look forward to hearing more from you.

Are you going for CARB certification?

He lives in CA, look at his info. The reason he would hope not is probably this, if it's carb legal then it's probably going to not put out as much power, take longer to be developed, and cost more money.

I hope not too, mainly cuz i don't live in ca and i don't like ca laws dictating every performance part released, but then again aren't TT kits not smog legal anyways.

I'm not sure what large addtional cost their would be outside of the application process and selecting the best pulley combo and tune to meet standards. The "CARB LEGAL" version will have a certain pulley and other pulleys will be available to get the power people outside of california want (or people inside between smog inspections). As for development time - the kit can be released CARB pending/install at your own risk in California..

I haven't seen anything come out of GTM carb certified (correct me if I'm wrong), so we may have to wait for Vortech or Stillen who have historically followed that process to deliver for us..

Hense the question to GTM..

Yes..

One of our main intention with the supercharger kit is to achieve carb certification .

And that is why we have more then one stage to offer, So there will be A stage for carb and others stages that is more performance driven

We are not trying to make a big horse power out of the supercharger kit, that what we have the turbo kit for .

But personally i would not be happy with less than 100 whp with and carb certificate and this is what we are shooting for .

Great news! Sounds like the development of this SC kit will be a lot faster coming than the GTM TT kit was! If the gains prove themselves and the price is right (7-8k ish) I think we have a HUGE winner here!

SUBSCRIBED!
