Had to order 1 hks m40hl Spark plug this morning since my #5 cylinder smashed the old one... My plan is to install the 600cc injectors for the break-in then drive to vsr in tampa for a tune but before they tune have the 750cc injectors installed.. One thing is for sure, those exhaust manifolds should flow a lot better now since they have been opened up...

Should have picked up the tranny mount while you were at it.

The stiffer tranny mounts will create too much interior vibration for sure....

I had the Momentum solid tranny mount in my 350z and holy $hit did it make it loud on the inside.

I figure between the z1 motor mounts and the rear diff bushing upgrade should be good enough but nothing too harsh in the cabin. Not like its quiet in the cabin anyway... lol

I have the solid aluminum motor mounts. They are only really noticeable during cranking. Otherwise they are very smooth with just a very slight extra occasional feel. Just right if you ask me. I have the solid trans mount too... that trans mount lasted the 4 miles between my shop and my house. When I got home, I didnt wait 5 minutes to just jack up the car and go back under there and put the stock trans mount back in. However it turned out that in that quick drive, part of that adjustable height solid trans mount quickly became loose and was probably the source of most of the noise.

The only thing I dont like about having a loose trans mount, but having the solid engine mounts, is that its extra load on the engine mounts. Any moving at the back of the trans is going to be torquing HUGE on those motor mounts before it even starts to load the spongy trans mounts.

I am going to weld up that adjustable solid trans mount so it cannot loosen, and try it out again this year.

Let us know how that works out Charles.
Like I said the method behind my madness is I'm hoping between the engine Stiffer motor Mounts and the Stiffer rear diff bushings it should keep the tranny vibration to a minimum and not allow it to flex too much...
