For a low boost car I just use the side ports of the wastegates and top ports open. Don't have enough exhaust mani pressure to force the gates open, so no need for the top ports unless your higher boost or have real restrictive tiny turbos.
The diagram above isn't exactly clear since it doesn't label ports on any devices. You should just ask Sasha how he wants you to do it for his kit... If you do it wrong, your wastegates won't work, and your engine can blow up the first time you test it. You need this correct first try. |

IF you went from left to right looking down at the stepper motor with the ports facing up/ north in your diagram the two furthest ports to the right need to be swapped. Then it would be right. |
Yea I only made a general mock up of where the hoses are supposed to go. When I actually set it up, I will put them in the right places.

Where did everyone place there EVC stepping motor?

I was thinking of putting it there. Not sure if that is ok or not. It will be held on with 1 bolt... |
I placed mine where I felt the lines would be at there shortest. Another good practice is to make sure the vacuum lines before the T taps (two lines come together) are equal leangth. Especially off the wastegates.

Just another thing I've been told by the professionals. This way the boost/ signal reaches the wastegates at the same time. This way you don't have premature wastegates valves opening from one side to another. Again not a high deal. But does make since. Look at the schmatics they have you tapping everything directly in the middle.

I figured I could post this here and see what responses I get.
I have the HKS EVC 6 setup in the car already and was wondering how this thing saves your settings. Every time I preset a maximum boost and turn the car off, the settings gets reset. Anyone have any idea why? The car isn't exactly running yet. I've been playing with the EVC 6 in ACC mode. |

This is with the newer HKS EVC 6. The one with the 4 buttons and does not have a knob. |
