Aerojacket/Fly1 SS hood. I like the idea of vents at the apex of the hood, an almost OEM look and local small business. Did a full NISMO conversion a month back, I should post pics, but life has been too fun lately haha!

Pics or links to hood specifics? I like those things too!

NM, I think I found it here.

Now with the triple pass radiator temps stay around 180-195*. This is in 105* Arizona ambient temps. Also when coasting down a hill or any kind of letting off the gas the temps drops very quickly. As an added bonus the A/C is ridiculously cold now...45* to be exact lol

by the way, this further proves the OEM 12+ oil cooler is completely useless. Oil temps have not dropped at all. You would think a 30*F reduction in coolant temp would affect it but nope. FI oil cooler goes on Monday!

That's great news. I think of the '12+ "oil cooler" more as a temp stabilizer than cooler. Entirely too small a heat exchanging surface area to really cool it effectively.

*Is waiting for Tony to post the dyno results from this morning*

Lots of nail biting!

I've got the F.I. 34 row thermostatic oil cooler. Super easy install with perfect directions.

... just missing the turbo system.

Short update. Full update to follow within the next 24 hours.

It was a long day at the dyno! First off, let me say...Sebastian is one hell of a tuner! Thanks for doing your thing buddy. :tiphat:

We started with experimental fuel system pulls. (Not FAST-500) related! I will elaborate in the full update but let's just say we now have a "TRUE" stage I TT kit at a soon to be posted slightly lower price.

Second, the FAST-500 is not longer a 500, it is now a 600. Connect the dots and you will see what I am talking about. I will also elaborate on this in the update. No E85 was used today either!

Stay tuned, a full write up along with dyno charts is coming...

Thanks, Tony

Oh snap!!!! If I'm connecting properly, the full update is going to blow minds...yet again.

This must have been the smuggled 93 octane!

The first ever dyno of a FT TT car on 93octane?...minds will be blown. Please keep the torque down Tony, lord knows what it may do?!?!

Seb don't mess around, god only knows how many pulls he ran, I know he did a hell of a job on my tune, hours on top of hours, pulls on pulls....Arrvaxx, the wait is well worth it my friend. Welcome to the club!

Unless Tony fell over a barrel that happened to be stored in the dyno room it was 91 octane.

And thanks!!!

Maybe, the mystery remains unsolved!

The excitement is still there!

BTW faceglide I hate you and your E85! I agonized over if I should go E85. In the end I chickened out. I plan on doing a lot of driving to events and track days around the country and was just too nervous that it would be too hard to find when I needed it most. And since the Z doesn't have much room for luggage, let alone a 5 gallon spare can of gas, I went conventional. ...although I really took a hard look at if I -really- needed the woman in the passenger seat. I mean hey, that is 100lbs of gas I could store right there! :D

Yahoo...Seb told me I needed to be patient as things would only get better. You guys are fricken awesome! Some times it's good to be first in line and then sometimes it's good to wait....and some times it's good to do both!!!!! Excited for the details....

Yeah, it just made sense for me. We have a ton of stations in the SF bay area, alot more than the map. I also work for the county which allows me to fill up at the service station at my work location.

It sure is nice having great fuel...best place to live, worst fuel known to man(91octane at obsene rates), luckily e85 has huge backing here! I am really excited to hear what 93 can do with this kit and Seb's tuning acuity....someday!

We tuned with 91 & 100 today, no 93! For the record, we have already tuned a 93 octane car...mfeinst. In addition, RDZ, Forged Performance and JMS Racing have also tuned a 93 octane car. NO ONE, including us have done it with the FAST fuel system...yet!

Details will come with the dyno charts but as a teaser, we eclipsed 600 RWH on 100 octane today.

Thanks, Tony
