Let me tell you guys that the wait is worth it.:happydance: On Saturday January 4th me and my brother met up with Seb and Tony at SpecialtyZ. The FI TT installed, tuned, tested and ready for me to take her home. I could not stop smiling and I haven't stopped smiling since. The kit looks very OEM under the hood with only the shiny tubing of the CAI and intercooler shinning brightly.

Seb had me start her up and she came to life and yes she sounds amazing. We just listened to her growl and then per as Seb explained to me the ends and out of the Blitz boost controller. It is currently set at 8psi. After the instruction it was off for a test drive. Seb took the wheel and told me how the clutch would fill different until I got use to it, but I did not find it difficult to use at all. Then he stabbed the throttle and the wheels just spun through first and then second gear. The acceleration is immediate and there is no turbo lag. Now it was my turn. The clutch engagement to me is what it should be, short, clean and with just the right amount pressure and feed back. I mash the pedal hard....wow, spin city! First and second gear is just a means to get the RPMs up so that you can get the hookup in third and then you get pinned to the back of your seat!!!

I drove us back to the shop and I know I looked like the Joker when I drove up and Tony and my brother were waiting to see my reaction. I was simply elated:excited:. It was game over in just that short test drive and I never really got to push to the car. Well, I would get my chance to do that on my trek back home to my brother's house (120 miles) and then back to AZ (255 miles). All I will say for now is it only get's better! I will post more as I gather my thoughts and get some video.

I am very glad that I made the choice to go with Fast Intentions. Worth it without a doubt if you want super car like results! Let's just say I made one run on my trip back to AZ in sixth gear only where I made 8psi!!!:driving:

I have nothing but praise and admiration for the Teams at SpecialtyZ and Fast Intentions. Dan is the man...what a friking awesome design and product. You need to come from behind the curtain Mr. Oz as you work is second to none!:yum::yum::yum:

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback. My car is shipping out today tomorrow -- some guy's Ferrari engine build isn't finished yet so I have to wait for the truck lol

We look forward to your thoughts once you have had some more seat time.

Again, thank you for your trust and patience in us.

Thank you, Tony

Nicely done gentlemen! Great to see the turbo kits going out to some very lucky customers. All the best in the New Year, hope you sell a lot of kits, and I hope that people see the time/effort that has been put towards this high quality product.

It is sad to see that in this industry, manufacturers more often than not look at only the volume, instead of making and supporting a product that is built to last.

Good to see that you guys are rising well above that.

Sasha,

Thank you for the support. Likewise for you in the New Year.

Producing the highest quality products are only half the battle. Providing the customer support to go along with it is equally important. The kind of support that needs to be present 6 months and 2 years after the customer has the product and calls back with a question or concern on something. You either have it...or you don't!

Thanks, Tony

Update,

So in a few days dirTy_shoeZ will be receiving his FI TT Kit. I figured I would beat him to the punch letting the cat out of the bag. A few months back we decided to offer a few more options to our turbo line.

1. The HTA-2868 as a bump up from the Garrett GTX2867R. Faster spool with a higher ceiling. All of the benefits, with none of the downfalls. This turbo is a hybrid of sorts. A combination of Garrett and TiAL internals. My friend above will incorporate this turbo combination along with E85 on his ride. All I have to say is...

2. We have taken the HTA-2868 and swapped the compressor cover out with the "ALPHA" cover. This is the bad boy of them all. This is our top of the line option and currently in the testing phase. We have 3 customers on the current list that are signed up for this option pending the outcome. 2 of them will be on E85 and built engines. Sky is the limit here. The purpose of the alpha cover is to gain across the board. All of the benefits of the HTA-2868 with an even higher ceiling. Fast spool, with 1000 HP capability! :owned: Check it out below.

Thank you, Tony

Sexy....more fun stuff.

Right Blake? I think we are both secretly wishing we blow our stock blocks @12psi to give ourselves the excuse to build and throw these in there.

Exciting times indeed. We nay see a few 1000HP z's faster than anyone imagined....

OH well, back to shopping for more traction/suspension mods, god knows how much I will need~!

Hotrodz 01-09-2014 08:01 AM

I'm not sure who you are really working for...Michelin, Bridgstone, Toyo, Hankook or whomever but how the hell do you think we are going to keep tires on the car! You and Mr. Oz (Dan) continue to raise the bar...ROCK ON:rock:
