My 1 s3xy z stilled SC build.

Hey guys I'm about to order my stillen supercharger this week and I can't make up my mind if I want to stick with the 8lb pully or got the the 9lb.

My goal is just to make 450whp. It's my daily driver and not looking to blowing **** up just yet. Lol. Plus I'm planing on putting meth kit on there. Any thoughts on what else I should set up?

Thanks

Pics of my baby. Lol

8lbs you be close but wont make it, I made 412 WHP in the 8LBS pulley( See 9LBS), May want to follow me and the thread I have , I looking for 500WHP with their kit,,

Also nice to see another Stillen SC, Most go GTM.

YEa I saw 9PSI on the stock pulley.
It pulled really hard, mid range and upper RPMs, Felt really good, Al tho I dont remember anymore as its been one month today since I drove "Her". When I get it back it will be completly a different car again, :driving:

I was just looking at you build up. I can't wait to see the outcome of your car. Do you think I would see 450 with meth kit installed on stock pulley??

I dont know it meth will get you 40 WHP, Never used it or looked at it, But with the cogs and an impeller upgrade you will, But you will need to upgrade your MAF's. Mr.Squezze ( on Here) Made 465 WHP with that set up but ran out of MAF volts at 6600, I have that set up plus some other stuff, I should see 12-13 PSI when all said and done,

Sweet deal. Can't wait!!!!!

has anyone used Stillen's 36,000 mile or 3 year warranty on their supercharger kit? Is it really necessary to have for supercharger kit like this?

ANMVQ 08-10-2012 03:28 PM

I would say yes, Since mine is being rebiult right now under warranty.

What about there power train warranty (36,000 or 3 years) that is like an extra $400

9psi pulley netted us 425whp on the stillen kit on a 2010 6speed 370. With meth it would have made an extra 25whp without much fus. Generally you will pick up 10whp for each degree of ignition timing you can throw into the mix. Ofcourse there is a point of no return so make sure you find an experienced tuner to get the most out of the set-up. Most importantly with a meth set-up make sure your failsafes have failsafes. AEM makes a very nice Meth injection set-up. They also recently released their failsafe wideband AFR gauge.

Thanks,

Hey Alex, Thanx, I have a AEM wideband in the trunk waiting to go in when I get the car back , I just have to find somewhere to put it :icon14:

Yes, clean gauge mounts are the most difficult part.
