Sorry to hijack a little, where can one get those exhaust hanger mounts? I've changed my cats over a week ago and getting some loud rattles at certain RPM, I have a feeling something is touching somewhere and this may solve the problem.

Is it like a universal one or specific to 370z?

Have you tried searching it on the forum?

You must use google to your advantage....just search "polyurethane exhaust hanger". You want the 13mm hangers not the 8mm. You may still have to drill them out a bit, as they are tight, and very ridgid.

Small update later on as well, with a couple more pictures.

And I am trying to keep this as much of a "bolt-on" as a CAI.

Small update today...I managed to get all the smaller stuff sorted out. The two main things being oil relocation, and scavenge pump mounting.

Oil filter relocation:

I made a bracket so that it bolts up using the OEM front skid plate bolts, and as you can see it worked out great..simple bolt on.

The oil system will go like so:

From oil filter sandwich plate to oil filter, from oil filter to oil cooler, from oil cooler back to oil filter sandwich plate.

Since the scavenge pump does not need servicing (10,000 hour life) it's final resting place will be behind the fender. Again, just a simple bolt on:

And I did some shopping today as well, $300 later and I have all that is needed for oil cooling, and oil scavenging. -8and for the oil cooler and -6an for the oil scavenge system. As you can see, there is no cheap rubber hose here:

I am now working on building a sample kit that will stay behind with me once this customer is done. From that I will move on to the jig fabricatio. I managed to build another down pipe, and reverse Y-pipe today. Hope to have another set of hot pipes built to feed the turbo in the next day or two, and then start focusing on finishing this project. There is still a bit of work to do though, but it is looking very good as far as I can see.

Midland is pretty much oil and cattle. How do I know? I grew up there!

PS I will most likely be interested in this kit as well! I'd like to see the car first hand when you complete it if that is possible

Gee, those parts look familar. I think I know where you got those :p

I have some info for you if you wish to get a better seal and better oil filter on the relocation head. I had the same fitment problem with the stock oil filter being too small. I even have a old GTM filter kit holder you can have, if you wish.
