Boy I'd like to call out one particular company but I'll be nice.

In for numbers. I'm ready to see some built motor prodjects for the 370.

I think we will start seeing some soon.
Baker Tuning has a built block in their TT 370z right now but are doing motor break in first. I think for others they are soon going to hit that point where they want more and will require engine internals.

SPOHN 02-26-2012 10:57 AM

Also this type of system is probably going to require additional fuel upgrades. I would at least get some sort of basic return fuel system.

Holy S*IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTT TTTTTTT!!

theaudir8fan 02-26-2012 02:18 PM

wow, this is some seriously crazy SHIIIITTTT, altho with a set up like this and the amount of custom brackets, i think this will be more expensive then the TT kit, but i don't think this will make more power then a TT kit.

Still crazy engineering and R&D for putting this kit out. Reminds me of the G-power M5/M6 kit. G-POWER GmbH **M5 E60/E61

SPOHN 02-26-2012 02:24 PM

And to think Obama got a Nobel Prize. Yank that back and give it to Sam.

nice work !! sam you guys sound like mad scientist over there
i saw a mustang with a single not twin superchargers use a waste gate to bleed off extra boost he did that so he could use the smallest pulley , manual adjust the boost with a controller and increase the low end power he was using a paxton supercharger or vortech
and the car made nice low-end and crazy mid-range power

Do they make boost controllers for superchargers because that would be awesome so you can get a bigger kit for protential growth.

Toyota have done that on their factory supercharged cars, So yes this can be done through a capable EMS .

+1 What would be the point of this as opposed to 1 SC unit? Wouldn't this end up making less power since there are 2 seperate SC units to spin?

We did a twin turbo kit so why not a Twin supercharger set up, something different and fun to do. We wont make less power, The Smaller Rotrex chargers have up to 80% efficiency rate and this chargers has minimal parasitic draw. So far the rotrex units have met and exceeded our expectation in all aspect . I don't think we will be disappointed. Also we wanted to take supercharging the VQ37 platform to a complete different level and mainly offer all our AWD customer a good solution.

I personally think this set up will be inline with the twin turbo kit performance, We will see .

Good thing you went with those GTX's Turbo upgrade

Awesome news!

The C30 is a great unit. It will be exciting to see what kind of TQ and HP levels these kits can produce!

Joe@ZSpeed 02-26-2012 09:16 PM

Awesome stuff Sam, I have a beautiful new engine bay that will fit right in!

The Cool Factor™ is completely off the charts. I suspect it is for this reason, and this reason alone, that this product makes the most sense.

Sam, you mentioned fitting it to AWD vehicles (G37x)? I'm guessing this is easier than yet another complete piping jig and build.

Easier installations without removing the engine? A plus.

GTM Stg-II TT setup can make more power than the stock engine should be capable of. Probably more hp than this new setup is capable of, too.

GTM Stg-I TT will do almost that and boost earlier.

GTM Stg-I or Stg-II SC install easier, and have great low/midrage.

Benefit must be in even more lower/midrange, then.

This would potentially have so much low/midrange torque that 2wd vehicles may be spinning the tires any time you stepped into it. Unmanageable gains.

Having a GTM Stg II TT and knowing how absurd the traction problem can be, prompts me to at least make mention of this.

I hope it's not a solution looking for a problem. ;)

All this said, I like excess as much as the next guy. Staying posted.

Pffft. traction. Put some slicks on and snap your drive line :)

Rocketogre 02-29-2012 09:27 PM

I was always a big fan of Power Enterprise's quad charged GT-R so this is super cool to see!

Staples 03-01-2012 02:10 AM

I could see this kit making some really good torque numbers.

PowerAXEL 03-02-2012 07:58 PM

newbie here

what is the difference between Power Enterprise twin Rotrex kit sells in Japan or here in USA's GTM twin?

are you guys using Techtom for tuning?

Edit..

my bad ~

so, gtm made replica base on pwr enterprise gtr kit?

Ron 03-02-2012 08:08 PM

Difference is that is for a GTR and GTM's is for a 370Z... To you this is a replica bc the superchargers are in the same location?
