The kit does not eliminate the horn. If you look on page 70 of the instruction manual, you can see the horn has been relocated.

That said, I apologize for not having a specific procedure in the manual regarding exactly how and where to relocate the horn. I'll try to squeeze that information in there and upload a revised version to alleviate future concerns. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. If you have any other questions regarding installation, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
