I thought the Stillen manifold was also part of the SC system in handling the water to air exchange, thus it would not be a simple plug & play for others?

Get the Kinetix. :stirthepot:

b1adesofcha0s 07-25-2011 05:54 PM

Have you tried getting it through someone who already has a Stillen kit?

It is built for air-to-water, but it's easily removable and a block off plate can be installed.

Yeah, I've called Stillen, PMed Stillen, have had at least 4 vendors call Stillen...I think they'll know who the manifold is really for if someone pulled that. Haha.

Dembflyr 07-25-2011 10:09 PM

What is Stillen's reason for not selling you the manifold?

I would hope there is a rational explanation.

LafitteZ 07-25-2011 10:28 PM

I think the intake runners is just like the 350z so a kinetix intake manifold for a 350z could probably be easily modified to mount the 2 maf sensors.

they don't want to be cloned.

1slow370 07-26-2011 03:59 AM

if somebody were to clone them they would just buy the whole damn kit used for cheap from some pissed off customer and repop the whole thing not just their F'ing manifold.

roplusbee 07-26-2011 05:19 AM

That is pretty lame. I mean.......are they moving units like that? Don't they build kits per order? I would think that the part that they would keep a stockpile on would be the manifold. I guess they are just awesome like that.....
