I like 10psi fo daily driving purpose which would be 500whp on most dynos. :) Time will tell, as to what level of sutained boost, the VQ37 will take for thousands of miles.

One dyno pull is one thing......20-30K miles of driving is another. :)

What will a system like this typically cost on the 370z w/ a 10psi set up?

i see the kit cost just under 8 grand...will this same kit fit the 370z, will it cost the same or less and what does installation run?

The kit is available, we just need to finish the intercooler brackets and finlize the piping. We had to finish all the Exhaust development for the n/a first. Other wise once the car get turboed all the n/a mods will come to a halt and most likely never gets done, we were suppose to get 2 cars for r&d one for the n/a mods and one for the force induction but it did not work out that way ..

Awesome. You may want to check some samples of our interior guys work too. Top quality and it's done in house to a one stop shop.

I know performance and gas mileage is an oxymoron, but coming from two Supras, including a modified '89 Supra Turbo, I can appreciate what boost can do for performance.

I had considered the new M3, but given its poor gas mileage (compared with the 335i), this is really discouraging me. Then again, having something like 14 mpg city, 20 mpg hwy is something I can live with for the new Z if this is what this kit would allow me with mild to moderate boost.

MPG shouldn't be a problem and it really depends on your driving style. If you drive moderately you should not be experiencing a big loss of MPG. I speak for myself when i say this, if I went TT I sure as hell would drive it like I stole it. As you head 145 + mph, you have an ear to ear grin, on your face, the blast of the Blowoff valve going whoosh, and the push you back into your seat feeling at the blip of your gas pedal... Sigh... who cares about mileage at this point.

Well put. If you hit the cruise control at 75mph, you will get an easy 20-25mpg no problem.

How long until the compressor and turbine map links are valid?

Sharif,
I'm new to the Z and Nissan! I've always like the Audi/VW product and hung with the guys at Eurotech Atlanta, not to far from you! I work right down the road from you at the Audi dealership! I'd like to stop by and say hello sometime! I drive by all the time! I am interested in boost but do not need 500whp. I get to drive the Audi R8,S5,S4,TTS, etc etc with training on various tracks around N.A., so that's fun enough for me. But I would like more power!! Would a smaller turbo, lower boost type of option be out there?
I had a 2008 TT VR6 that I was thinking about boosting with an HPA kit! I flew up to check out the Detroit Auto show and noticed the Z wasn't there so I looked for it and BAM! It's "All Business" look won me over...nevermind it was cheaper then the TT to own! Maybe I'll swing by during lunch if you guys are around then!!?

Any new news on this? Seems the thread has totally died now.
