Its off by like 5hp compared to a dynojet...not much...and I don't know wats hurting u, the teps maybe

Saw your car yesterday. Looking great !!

There dyno does read a little higher than 5 hp more that others , I'd say. I put down 342 and a ton of other Zs right around 340 where other Zs on most other dynos seem to be in 320-330 range tops.

So when making more power it may seem even higher.

Even 440-450 is great, they only revved yours to 7,000k as well !! Andrew said there's 15hp left to safely pull out of it still too so the 463 will rise still.

Regardless of the numbers it's gonna be a blast !!

If you could get it to the 1/4 mike strip your trap will help tell how much power your making.

Their dyno may read a bit high but ppl also forget that most of the dynos they see are from the west coast where they only have 91 octane we use 93 out east. Not sure how much difference octane makes but its gotta be a few hp. Also theres the weather factor someone dynoing in 30degrees is obviously gonna be higher then someone in 80 degrees

toner123 02-16-2011 05:05 PM

I use 93 octane also. I think that dyno is reading a little more then slightly high. Is it a dynapack, that would explain it better if it is?

toner123 02-16-2011 05:10 PM

Not trying to talk ish just wondering because your baseline dyno was really high also. 288 is about what everyone gets for baseline and like 290 somnething for nismo but you were at 340.

Nismo370 02-16-2011 05:18 PM

I was 340 with all bolt ons and tune....

I guess I am just jelous because I am not putting that out I think lol grats though hope you enjoy it and welcome to the family. Were a lot tighter then the S/C one lol j/p

Last question what was the correction std or sae

Nismo370 02-16-2011 05:47 PM

They always confuse me the correction the high reading one was 508whp and the lower 483whp

Nismo370 02-16-2011 05:47 PM

Alex is going to post up the dyno sheet later tonight so look out on the forced induction home page.

NYBladeZ 02-16-2011 05:56 PM

Performance's dyno reads high, however the important thing is the delta between non turbo and after the kit was installed.

B1nks 02-17-2011 01:43 PM

Wait..you are doing open dump tubes from the wastegates? Have fun with that noise. Did that on my subaru and hated it. It was fun for a bit but annoying after a while.

Mr.Squeeze 02-17-2011 09:20 PM

Here is the dyno sheet from the car
