GTM STG 2 SC, when will it be available?

what's the main difference between Stg 1 and 2?

when will it be ready?

will it require more supporting mods than Stg 1?

thanks,
James

No date has been set since GTM is waiting on Rotrex to be finished with the new charger. Then of course GTM's design team can determine what is needed (if anything) to fit he new charger with the stage one components.

It is all a different supercharger together, Stage 1 uses the Rotrex C38-81 with a our own GTM compressor housing and the stage 2 will uses the new C38-91 supercharger from Rotrex.

The units are on the way to us and we do have several cars in the shop waiting for it , Once we get it we will be able to determine how much work will it take to adapt the bigger charger to rest of the components .

Realistically first quarter of the year .

Im pretty sure they already have it cracked considering they are doing a 1000hp 370 while still using the vvel system. But sam is a secret guy

Good new .
AS long as the first one come to "Z" in Canada. Its been a long wait, but its worth it.

Zat_Zuma 01-08-2011 12:26 PM

I agree it has been a long wait ....... <as I push Z-E to the back of the Cdn line up> and I should be the first one in Canada with the Stage II GTM SC :p

SAM! ...... Z just gave me a insulting gesture with his finger. I think he should be sent to the time out corner and made to wait longer for his toys ..... lol

SAM@GTM 01-08-2011 12:49 PM

Hopefully even sooner then that with a little luck.

Sam

GTM Traction control

Sam, like traction control system is actually from Racelogic, which company does the VVEL Controller?
Or is this a true in-house product?
