Tomorrow I'll turn the VDC off.. I figured I'd better leave it on since I only had one hand on the wheel :icon17:

Haha man, I had the same problem doing rolling 1st gear tests. I have a little Canon POS camera that I started recording and held it centered underneath the upper rim of the steering wheel.

Ah, I almost forgot to ask. Is there much difference to your exhaust sound after installing the turbos? Any rasp? Deepness? Smoothness? Loudness?

Well I have the resonated test pipes and HKS exhaust but to be honest my car is quite. From my understanding turbo cars are more silent then NA cars since the turbo muffles the sound.

After hearing Frank's car, it is not that loud. But such a nice sound and kit.
Almost done saving my pennies ;)

Thank you for the compliment alex. speaking of I have been wondering how did your car turn out after the repairs?

DIGItonium 10-22-2010 11:48 PM

Thanks guys... just wanted to double check. It would be nice to get the extra nudge down low like the SC, but I don't think I will settle for anything other than the twins for a little bit of Z32 nostalgia

Brazilbro 10-23-2010 12:07 AM

I'll try to post a video of how it is now. I have a video B4 turbo of the greddy. I'll take another and you can listen to them side by side. I would say its a quieter and much less rasp..

Just got done at the dyno 450whp 365wtq. I'll try to get the graph up in the next few days!
Dynojet
7-8 PSI

toner123 10-27-2010 10:16 AM

what psi was that at, and what type of dyno. Congrats on the good numbers

those are some good numbers, i'd be happy with those! did you have to or do you plan to do any other supporting mods for the drivetrain to handle the extra power?

when you have a chance post up the sheets, i'd love to see how they look.

How does your car run after warming up in the morning and after a longer drive and the engine oil heats up close to 220F?

Runs like it did stock in every way. Starting cold or hot its just one touch of the button. Oil temp has never went over 220 but it hasnt gotten over 72deg since I've had the car back. I Don't think I would need an oil cooler though unless I tracked the car. I think one reason the temps dont get to high is its hard to find enough road to really open it up.. before the tt I would drive it with my foot on the floor a lot but with the tt to put it to the floor you need to be in 4th gear with a good straight in front of you because you're in the 100+mph in a blink!:driving:

Awesome car Brazilbro! Saw it at your buddy's shop, that thing sounds sweet!

Jquad 11-13-2010 01:30 AM

Track closed here a few weeks ago :shakes head: Looks like it won't be until next year before I get some times down... Unless I can find a open track near me.

KaienZ34 11-15-2010 07:27 AM

I'm not close but the tracks down here are open year round. It's just getting cool enough to make a track day bearable. I'll keep an eye open your allways welcome...:tiphat:

cjerry 07-30-2011 08:31 PM

Want to buy your 370

I see your Z is for sale. I'm either selling my 08 350Z (convert)or trading it in
I'm getting A 370 I would love to buy yours. Contact me at cjerrycjerrry@aol.com if it doesn't sell.
Thanx. What a awesome car she is!!!! =p

roplusbee 07-31-2011 02:10 AM

Why are you selling dude?

cjerry 07-31-2011 09:05 PM

It was up for sale on eBay yesterday no bids, starting bid was 30,000. I'm looking to trade in or sell my 08 350Z convert. Only mod is a injen cold air intake. Will do 0 to 60 in 4.9 secs and 1/4 mile in 13.11 At 111 mph. It's a auto also. 27,000 miles asking $25,000 paid $44,000 3 years ago. I hate to get rid of my panty drop convertible but I must get a 370 manual and I'm hell bent on a TT mod. Any feedback or how I can get in touch with Brazilbro would be much appreciated. =p
If you don't drive a Z you might as well walk!!!

First time out with the TT at the track.. On RE11 street tires.. only got 2 runs . 1st run I thought i should just roll out in 1st at 2500rpm .. and as you see my 60' was horrible. I was getting good traction so I really heated up the tires the second run but bogged it off the line.. but was still able to pull a 2sec 60'. I think the tires had a 1.8 60' in them but I needed a couple more runs to get the hang of launching this thing.. I'm going to try and borrow my buddies slicks and get some race gas and go for low 11's or maybe even 10.99's with some weight reduction. runs done on 93 oct and 9-10psi
NEW NON NISMO 370Z MPH RECORD!
